Instructions and
Application Procedures:
1. Fill out the Volunteer Firefighter Application.
The application may be filled out online and saved to your local
drive, or printed to complete manually. All areas of the application must be complete prior
to submission.
2. Upon completion, you may email (jrs@clearcreekfire.com),
fax (303.567.4739) or mail (P.O. Box 507, Dumont, CO 80436) your
application along with a copy of your DMV (Department of Motor Vehicle) report and any
current certifications, i.e. CPR, HazMat, etc.
3. Applications will be reviewed and a background check will be made.
4. Applicants will be contacted to schedule an interview for application approval.
Approved application will be held for next scheduled entry training course.
